One would think it's easy to update a monthly rotation, but it's not always, believe me. We plan to keep this rotation alive as long as we both are listening to Jrock. So hopefully forever |D; Even though we're letting you wait sometimes.

Comment: I'm currently absolutely in love with this band and especially with this song. I love, love, love the acoustic guitar and the the soft beat, the drums, the keyboards, the whole electronic arrangement mixed with Yumi's amazing voice. This song has such a special feeling, such a gentle yet slightly sad atmosphere. The chorus is so damn addicting. I just can't get enough of this ♥ I can only recommend this band.

Comment: me me she is such a beautiful song about eternal love and how life goes on after a break up. I love Noda's soft vocals and his clear voice. Gooseflesh-feeling. The whole melody is so utterly pretty and since this is a live there is so much emotion in it, it always makes me sigh. Towards the end there is a small break where you can only hear the soft waves of the ocean and then song goes on even more touching. It's beautiful <3

Comment: Some of you might have seen this around already. It's one of the most hilarious songs I've ever heard. This is a pen is actually the one and only line he repeats during the whole song, sometimes even so full of emotion that it's breath-taking XD (well except the little rap and talking towards the middle.) The music is actually pretty good too. You definitely shouldn't miss this, if you haven't heard this before!

Comment: In my humble opinion THE KIDDIE is a lot better than most of the new bands that are floating around currently. Yusa has a very good voice and he's actually able to sing very well - without sounding like he's doing karaoke - but still has his very own singing style. Their music is pretty upbeat and makes me happy, because it's so easy to listen to and just sets you into a good mood. I picked Sayonara Setsuna, because I think it's good song to being with. It's this kind of music you would listen to while driving or while riding a bike in summer <3

Comment: Ever since Kagerou disbanded I was feeling a little empty, since they were one of my favorite bands. But I'm so happy now that Daisuke is still singing for a band and still sings to this kind of music like did before. ano oto is one of these songs in which his voice simply gives me gooseflesh. It's a pretty calm song; reminds me of wandering through the night... The guitars sound amazing and everything is very well arranged.

Comment: Last but never least... Dir en grey. Oh yes. I finally listened to their new album now (4 months after the release!) and found out that all my fears were childish, because the album is too awesome, amazing, incredible to put it into words. A lot of rotations probably already uploaded songs from the album, and I'm pretty sure I know which songs they chose, so I'm gonna swim against the stream once again. I ripped the rehearsal live of Toguro, Dir en grey did in their studio for their UROBOROS DVD, because it's just amazing. In every single way. Kyo's voice is breath-taking. It's so capturing, so... clear. I love it when he sings these high notes without really screaming and does these mystic noises now and then. The guitars are hypnotizing, the bass feels like it's your very own heart that's pounding in your head. I love how this is a fast song without any growls, screaming and so on. It's so pure, so catchy, so addicting.

Comment: Ah, Gazette. I've heard some people liking their 'older' style better, but I rather like both! :D Although I do miss songs like 'LINDA' and 'BEST FRIENDS', at least they still perform the former sometimes, yes? :x Anyway, I think HOLE kind of shows off how diverse Ruki's voice can be, he starts off a bit... nasal(? I'm not sure exactly how to describe it, I fails), kind of like a drawl (I love how clearly you can hear Kai's drumming in the background), then launches into his rougher and screamier tones, alternating between those, and then finishes off rather smoothly. |3 The guitars are also rather awesome! \m/ (This comment made absolutely no sense.)

Catchy in its own way.

Either way, very pretty, good listen, I recommend it, especially if you haven't gotten into SID yet.

Comment: Another recent discovery! I'd known about DAIGO's band for a while, just never got around to listening to them until I saw DAIGO in the Love Shuffle drama. XD; *SHOT* And then I kept seeing a lot of uploads of the band so I figured that they must definitely be good, and they are! :D It starts off with some rather catchy guitar work, and then DAIGO! On some days, his voice sounds kind of weird to me, but he can still sing! (Wtf, woman? This really doesn't make sense...) I think his stuff's considered more pop-rock, but that's okay! It's seriously quite catchy.

Maybe a little different from their usual style (so I've heard), but music is music, bands are allowed to try new things right? ROTATION #26

I am sooo horrible, I know. I always promise to update on time the next time and I never manage to do so. It's like I'm always forgetting it or can't find the energy to do it. Well anyway, I decided to update now and bring you some new and shiny music stuff to listen to during Christmas and holidays. No Christmas songs from my side though, because I don't like them. At all XD *is shot*
Unfortunately kagechii couldn't make it on time, so it's just me (in_monochrome) updating in this rotation. I hope I won't annoy you too much.
But Fukai no Yami has some wonderful Japanese artists and even Korean (!) artists in rotation number 26! And a little X-mas 'present' too. And fulfilled requests and... and... I dunno, pretty comments and yeah... xD I try so hard to write a bit more here than I'm usually doing, but as you can see: I FAIL.

This thing looked like fun, so I'm just gonna add it here.

Comment: I've been listening a lot to Bonnie Pink's music lately when I wanted to relax or just needed some peace of mind. Present is a perfect song for that. It's so pretty and like medicine for your soul - or for a headache. Her voice is so wonderful and every phrase sounds so beautiful. Especially torwards the end, I like it when she sings in English. Comment: When I found out that PIA released something new, I went totally crazy. I love this band so much and I love how all their albums sound different; they really develop a lot. This mix of rock and kind of electro (I think) is so damn catchy and awesome. There is no way on earth you can sit still while listening to this. This is the only song I listened to, since it's DOZING GREEN and I already knew that song. Though I have to say now that this version doesn't sound much like DOZING GREEN anymore. Which is a huge plus. I love both versions of the song, but this one is just love in a very special way. The first minute was barely over and I already had tears in my eyes ;w; The beginning is utterly beautiful; the bass, the guitars, the drums... Kyo's voice... everything fits so perfectly together. It really feels like five souls became one; you can really feel that. And yes, omg yes, Kyo's voice never sounded more beautiful. ♥ Goose bumps songs and highly addicting. I can't even put it into words how wonderful this is.

If you've never heard of RADWIMPS before - and I think most of you don't know them - then you should definitely check them out now. You won't regret it, trust me. Otogi is such a pretty song about being so full of hope, even though it might be in vain to love a girl that said she doesn't want to see him ever again.

Comment: I've began to like lynch. when I found their album THE BURIED in a music store in Hamburg and bought it just because I felt like it xD And I didn't regret it. lynch. is a wonderful band. ~ A soft song again. One of those you listen to when the sun is shining and you're just relaxing, laying in the sun. Though the title includes the word 'rain'. It reminds me of a soft dawn after a hot day, standing in the middle of a yellow cornfield. ~

~ One of their best songs! It's a must download. The lyrics can be so damn fitting and the whole song is just so much fun to listen to. ~

~ Gaaah, I love this song ._. I'm not really a fan of Bonnie Pink, but some of her works simply have this special feeling, this certain 'omg, beautiful' feeling you can't explain. Sometimes a song touches you and you don't even know why. Senaka is such a song for me. It's pretty calm, like walking through empty streets in the soft summer rain. The whole sky is black, but still lukewarm raindrops fall onto your skin, because you walk without an umbrella. I could listen to this for hours. Indeed I sometimes do that. ~

16.What will you dance to at your wedding?

~ When I first listened to Merry, I didn't like them. That is... 2 years ago now? Somehow my opinion changed or maybe my taste in music? But sometimes I have to get used to a voice first. Whatever, this song was also the first one I heard of them and today I really like it xD; ~

~ Ah, Snow is such a pretty song. And I love his English, the way he sings. Who of you played Final Fantasy 8? Starting off with a piano and a ghostly sound. More instruments are added and the song slowly builds up. I like how they almost perfectly changed from acoustic to e-guitars. And this piano *~* I think it's the piano that lets me think of a scene in an earlier century and people running through an old empty house. The guitar solo is utterly pretty as always, so is Watarus voice and not to forget: The small orchestra.

Like an endless haunting nightmare. And then suddenly it's like... the monster is gone, out of your sight, but you know it's still there and your heart begins to beat faster, while you look around, but you still can't see it. It's really oppressive. And then the haunting countinues... It just doesn't stop. And yes, this is one of the first scenes in the movie when Ashitaka fights against the forrest-god that became a demon. (Hope I'm using the right names and expressions here, since I'm still German and only know the German version of the movie D:)

We reached rotation #20!! :D

Is it really already the 20th? 0-0;
Well, as you can see we have a... umm... huge delay~ XD; Reasons? Mostly because of laziness and braindeadness (I love creating new words <3). So we're really sorry that it took us so long for an update .____.

Some things are new. You maybe already noticed it (or maybe not): We have a new header!! And I'm so in love with it, you can't imagine ;;__;; The thanks goes to the awesome drpaccy <3 And we also have a brand new moodtheme! *insert big grin here* Yes, it's Sailor Moon... xD; *coughs and sneaks away*

For # 3: We'll choose a song that either has the feeling in it's title or that describes the feeling the best. In example: "pain". I'll go searching for a song... "Deceived Mad Pain" from Girugamesh maybe or... I'll search the song that gives me this deep feeling of pain [what pain that ever will be...] everytime I hear it.

Comment: Let me admit: I haven't heard anything about this band until lately. And I just had this one song XD BUT I saw them at the Live Earth show in Tokyo on July 7th - that means I saw them on TV. Unfortunately they just showed 3 (?) songs and then skipped to the Sydney show again >_> Whatever I really liked what I ~~saw~~ heard. I guess everyone knows this band except me XD Anyway I'm gonna feature them now. HOWLING begins with a voice telling us something in English before guitars come in. All in all this is a pretty fast and heavy song with a nonetheless catchy sound to sing along (could be the opening of an anime...) And I don't even know why this attracks to me, but it does.

Comment: Lately I fell in love with this band. I don't know why, but it just happened. BANG. And there my heart went q__q;; Ayabie can be so... AMAZING. I really have no clue what they're doing with me, but some of their songs make me so sad and "OMG so happy!!" in less than two seconds x_x So the song I picked is Meefisshu no uta, koi gara no suihou - such a wonderful, yet so melancholic piece. kaokaopulver sent this to me and I'm happy she did, cause she introduced me to this great band. The singers voice is absolutely woah~. It doesn't happen that often that I'm speechless, but now I totally am. You don't even have to know the lyrics, you can image what is this about - makes it even more amazing. Just the dreamy sounds of the piano, the whispered and so lightly sung vocals... Beautiful, breath-taking... my English vocabulary isn't huge enough to describe this xD; This song just takes you by the hand and softly takes you away... (if you let it) Highly recommended for all dreamers :3

Comments: I’ve recently started watching Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge anime and, while some of the elements of the plot are rather stupid, it’s still at least a hilarious show to watch because of the weirdness. Carnation is used as the first outro, though I like the intro song Slow better except I might have already uploaded that already. Another funny thing about this anime is that the creator is apparently a huge fan of Kiyoharu, so much as that two or three of the characters are supposedly based off of him, one of them being a womanizer. XDD; Wonderful song to hear at the end of an episode, especially with a dancing anatomy doll. :D

XD Again, I am in total love with Kirito’s voice, but yet again, I don’t quite know what to call the little things he does with his voice, vocal sound things? O~o? And I'm late again! XDD You know, I think I'll just change the rotation date to Sunday since that's when I seem to always be posting. Well, Sunday according to this journal's time zone, it's still Saturday for me so I'm really not late? XD;

This week's bit of news, the amazing Anni-chan has yet to return to the world of the internets. T_T BUT~! I HAVE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET! *clings to modem* So happy. We have a small delay, I know, but that is because I haven't been really online at Saturday and Sunday ="= So forgive me.
This time I have to make an important announcement: Since I'm moving on the 25th and Kage will fly to Taiwan for a while Fuaki no Yami will be set on a small Hiatus. As soon as I have internet at my new place I will surely update this rotation with new music, but in fact I don't know when I will have internet again. We maybe won't update for... one or one and a half months. But let's hope that this won't happen ^^
So: Fukai no Yami WON'T die. We just take an unwanted Hiatus.

You surely know her! :D Her voice is beautiful, it makes me feel so pure and *coughs* innocent *coughs*. And all the lyrics from her are wonderful. Yes, it's Jpop, but never that slimy, sugaroverdose or fake. Just a nice and warm feeling that grows in your heart :3 Or at least this is just what I think. You have to judge by yourself and I won't force you to download.
Birds starts with sounds hat remind me of traditional Scottish music oO' Some slightly darker background is added and Maaya begins to sing and some 'instruments' disappear. Her singing "aishite, aishite..." a few times sets a faster pace before for a small explosion and a chorus come in and you think: "Hu?", but it fits just perfectly! Actually this song sounds more than three songs in one, cause it always skips between different styles that are mixed together and still fit so well together ^___^ It's worth a try!

Comment: First: WTF at Isshis "Shiroi yami" (White darkness)! XD Sorry, I needed to say that. One of my favorite Kagrra, songs. It's wonderful mellow and relaxed and I absolutely adore how they mix these traditional sounds with rock music. I can't help, but Togenkyo gives me the image of myself how I'm walking around, searching for something unknown, through an earlier Japan in a fullmoon night. While I'm walking on a path alone next to a river just small shining lanterns spend me light and little gloworms are dancing on the water and the reed moves lightly in the soft nightbreeze. This is how I feel when I listen to this... or maybe I just watched too much Samurai Champloo?! xD; What I'm trying to say is that you can lose yourself into this song, cause it brings you back to a long ago time. It's a bit like magic. The arrangement is very beautiful, everything sounds so well mixed: instruments, singing... I can just highly recommend this! <3

X) When I think of a full moon, it’s either calming and peaceful or super spooky and creepy, depending on the time of year and the weather. Kimi ni Negai wo reminds me of a peaceful full moon, even though technically it’s about stars, but hey, there are stars in the sky when there’s a full moon too. :P The music is brilliant, a wonderful blend of the acoustic guitar, piano, the drums, and classical stringed instruments and Miyavi’s voice is just amazing.

Their songs have a dark rhythm and this one just pulls you into a mealstrom of despair. AWESOME!! How I love badriffs <3 And she sings in this, till she totally loses contol! The anger is just breath-taking. But she never falls into screaming completely like in most of their other songs. Her English is bad as always, but don't blame her for it - she's not the only one -.- The background is filled with strange noises, like her voice distorted and that 'ping-pong' like from a train coming with what the song starts and sometimes repeats within. Sacrificed is catchy in a very evil way. Don't underestimate this, the further the song goes the better it gets~ :3

Comments: It’s probably super obvious by now that I love Kirito’s voice. XD With all the songs with him singing in them I’ve put up, I think only a new visitor wouldn’t be able to see that until they dig through previous rotations. I don’t think I’ve put up anything from his solo works yet though, of course I could be wrong since I haven’t updated my playlist for a month (I really need to do that soon). This is fairly new, from Kirito’s most recent single release Cherry trees. I’ve noticed that I tend to enjoy the second song of two song single releases more than the title track. XD Cold is no exception, this song has been on repeat ever since I first heard it, nothing drastically different from his other compositions in Pierrot and Angelo, but I love his style so no complaints. ^^ The little electronic distortion with the intro vocals and wonderful music, I just wish artists would stop with the ‘two songs only’ singles. x_x; At least one more song please!

Comments: This version’s off MUCC’s Psychedelic Analysis album soo it is a live recording of the song and it.is.AMAZING! 8D I’d never heard a MUCC live performance before this and after listening to the whole album, I want to see MUCC live! *o* Or at least buy a concert DVD (if I had the goddamn money!), American concerts sound scary with the mosh-pits. XD; I already liked the studio recording of Kinsenka and the live version is just as good! *_* Studio recordings have all this mixing and technical stuff stuck in to help a song sound great, but it’s also important to sound good live. It’s disappointing if live performances don’t really live up to the studio tracks. :( Fortunately, live MUCC sounds so great that you don’t even need to watch them to enjoy their live performances (though I’m sure that helps XD) ~~plus live albums are nice for the poor and easily-distracted-by-visuals fans like me~~.

Cause I saw that Kage and me currently caused a lot of confusion lately about who is who, because we both use the same account to reply to comments (usually) and who actually always postes this rotation and writes this stupid text no one reads anyway... :D Here's the answer no for everyone: I, in_monochrome, am the one who is responsible for writing the introducing and welcoming text. I also code the rotation (yes, I'm doing everything in HTML, cause Rich-Text hates me x-x), put all our comments and uploads, pictures and so on up into one huge text and post it Saturdays right here.
To avoid all the confusion Kage and me came to the conclusion to put our names (~Kage & ~Anni-chan) under all our comments we make with fukainoyami, so that you actually know who you're talking to, since we both love chatting with our visitors :D *face palm*

Kaoru creates some extreme strange noises with his guitar. Like scratching or something like that - total guitar abuse. Toshiyas bass is very audiable the whole time and there's simply no thought wasted on that it isn't written by him - it's just outstanding. The song gives me a very creepy feeling... Can't put it into words... one of those songs I can't describe at all x-x;

Comment: Because of my disappointment that I couldn't see MUCC on Tuesday when they were playing in Hamburg (what is just a few miles away from me x-x) I start my picks with my favorite song of them. It has just the perfect mix. That special feeling and ignore me, cause I will praise this song now that it makes your ears bleed! :D This song doesn't really sound like a MUCC song. It's different to their others, but still undeniable MUCC. Monochuro no keshiki begins with quietly incoming guitar-sounds and slowly getting faster drums and bass. The beginning is a pretty good introduction to what follows. Tatsourou sings a bit, then some music again and a wonderful bridge where you can hear Yukkes bass and some sweet guitar-noises from Miya and then another bridge and... the chours blows you away! <3 I simply love it when he sings "Kimi e todoku youni" ("To get to you") it sounds so wonderful longing. After the chrous, about 2:49 the song gets more dramatic and Miyas guitar playing... *-* I really admire him for having so much control over his intrument. He's awesome! Within the further minute Tatsurous voice reaches some of the best singing parts. Damn! I like how he sings that 'R'~ :D The end of this song is also pretty. All in all this is a utterly beautiful, yet very sad, but also slightly making hope song. It has the perfect mix and doesn't get that annoying as some of MUCCs other songs. It's mellow, but powerless. And very recommended.

Comment: I was very happy when I saw how many people had downloaded the song I posted last rotation x3 So I decided to pick another song this time. Shine does exist in two versions. The single one and the album one. The single one is much more catchy and has a total different - almost happy atmosphere - what actually doesn't fit the lyrics at all o.O; It has drums, violins and a very catchy background. Also the piano sounds different. I really like the album one (It was the first song I heard of her.), but also love the single one - just in another way. Right after you listened to the single version and turn on this one you will know what I mean when I say that this fits the theme better. It's just Chihiro, her beautiful voice (that sounds just very pure) and the piano. It's very simple, but melodic and sad. Hiiii!!! Comment: The new D'espairs Ray single came out finally!! :D *does a happy dance* From the three songs Squall, Screen and DESERT I picked the for a Despa song very calm and soft screen. Never Hizumis voice was so mellow and so melodic. Starting at 1:21 the song reminds me of what Yoko Kanno did for Ghost in the Shell. The little noises and that mixing of futuristic and new soundstyles, but also old, classic elements give the song a great feeling. And even though it's like I mentioned very slow song it's utterly beautiful - especially when you hear it loud, cause you feel and hear all the sounds in this song so much better with the volume up high :3

I really underestimated her first, but the more I listened to I began to fall in love with her stuff O.O; Her music makes me happy and let me find something like peace of my mind and even if some lyrics are a bit sugarish... they are never that slimy and hypocritical 'the world is all pink and wonderful' sugarish. I think We can go is a very good example. It has just so much positive engery and when she sings "We can go to the place where we're forgiven. [...] We can go to the place where we can get freedom~" I begin to really believe her!! From this rotation on, we decided to have a little theme section to highlight songs that shared a certain something. in_monochrome is going to let me, kagechii come up with the themes! 8D Bwahahahaha!!! *coughs* You did not read that. Yes. o.O; embryo is a very calm and relaxed song, mostly just with drums and bass and from while to while ghostly guitar noises (Kaorus plays an electric banjo I think... Actually you can hear three guitars in this XD) I really love the solo! *unimportant* Kyos voice sounds so great in this <3 All in all this was always one of my faves. Song!! *~* And since I subbed it and uploaded it on youtube I'm so much in love with it that I really can't even express myself in words (lie) XD I'm so sad they don't play that song live now-a-days anymore T__T It's the longest song and it's the one with the most musical changes within. Never disturbing or not fitting - the whole thing is thought up so well that it makes me shiver and cry almost everytime. Not just musically a masterpiece - lyrically I personally love it too, cause it's such a simple, but good story: A just hatched out butterfly get's eaten by a bird.
All the instruments sound so well, everyone is fully controlling his instrument and Kyos voice is just to die for. You can feel the breath-taking passion during the whole live, the intensive drum playing. My first favorite part in this song is 2:11 when Kyo sings "Ai sakimidare" (which means kinda something like "dear pupa") and Dies short guitar jingling. Love it! <3 The part when Kyos voice melts with the jingle and Kaorus guitar softly takes you over to bass and drums again... no words for actually the whole song. I'm writing too much, but I can't describe this song just the feelings ^^; 4:10 till 6:15 makes you totally hallucinating! Just listen to it. Disorted noises, voices... What is this song doing with your mind? 5:15 - Die and Kaoru ex-change short guitar solos feeling like a fight between bug and bird 6:16 and you feel the peak of the song coming closer and 6:40 when Kaorus absolutely amazing guitar solo gets in you just... DIE! And you won't even realize Kyo starting singing again, because you are so far away in an other world at that time and then you're suddenly thinking "Oh... it contiunes!" But when you just noticed that Toshiya bass solo gets in and is so depressing at that time, but Dies guitar is the light and it gets 'brighter' again. Maybe the relieving death of the bug. The last sung lines are from the point of view of the bug btw.
It's so hard to describe this song, since it's just so fucking awesome! If you won't listen to this and aren't curious after reading this... I'll despair XD You can just feel all this when you really let this song through to you. Just listen to it and do nothing else. 11 minutes can't be spend off better than this! That was my spreaded love for this song~ :3

Zakuro is also from the Macabre album (Degs monster work) and I think Kyo hates singing this song, cause it takes so much out of him and always makes him suffer so much. Some of my friends think that I'm crazy for loving Zakuro more than -mushi-. Both ballads are so heart stabbing that it hurts. Kyos voice shivers and all of this is real emotion. Not a show or anything else. Even though he sings from the point of view of a girl. He said in an interview: "When I received the song from Kaoru, I felt that this song had a great atmosphere [...]. However he requested me to sing with horror! Then as I sing along, it gets more and more disturbing and he said he doesn't want the audience to feel abused." What actually happens. This song is painful and mean to your soul... Over and over he screams "Aishite iru" (I love you), throws his micro away, but still screams along. He expresses things we always want to bottle up, shouts them out, scratches his chest when words aren't enough anymore. To most people this stays not understandable. Indeed it hurts so much hearing and seeing him like that, it's pressing and yet tragic. Dir en grey is more than music and their fans count to the most obsessive you'll ever meet! XD But there is something about this band that can't be put in words, shouldn't be maybe. Dir en grey has simply an own genre. Groan and Smile is my all time favorite. Maybe sounds a bit like they worked with Apocalyptica... but better. The beginning is depressive and I must admit that her singing is awesome here! Shivers include. The orchestra in the background and the clavier mixing up with the bass make such a great atmosphere. Plus her singing! *~* The song gets better and better with the time and all classical and rock instruments, the singing melts into each other. You feel surounded and like took of the ground and your body within this. Great song!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

For everyone who don't know her yet: SHE'S NOT POP! Neither she's heavy metal... XD But she surely knows how to rock! This song (just because of the music) reminds me of the bitterness of someone who's left behind T__T It's a very dark ballad with hard guitar and bass riffs... that's what I would say. AYA is so worth downloading! She is just great and her voice is one of the best I heard lately. Definitely no trashy pop-sugar-fluff :P

Comment: Lately my memory is so bad x__X I think this is a new Kagrra song, but I really forgot what kind of 'new' it is ^^; Sorry about that. It's not so hard to recogonize a Kagrra song - you hear it in the first seconds. It's simply the style you already know and are able to recognize it anytime. If I'm honest I was a bit disappointed of this song. The opening is so cool and it reminds me of one of those amine opeings where all the character run aross your TV screen XD But the verses and especially the chrous really disappoint me. It sounds like Kagrra. Nothing new is in it and I think it's rather boring. Don't hit me please! The only thing that saves it is when the opening repeats in the middle and the 'solo'. *nods* Not the best song of theirs *sighs*

Comment: Bis is a band that I don’t really listen to as regularly as other bands, mostly because my shuffle feature generally doesn’t bring them up as often as Dir en grey or Gazette. They have some pretty good and catchy songs though, like this one. My…biasedness(?) and hypocracy really shows through when I say that I’m okay with J-rockers rapping while I think American rap ‘music’ sucks. ^^; Honestly, I think J-rockers’ rapping sounds much better than Americans’, but it also helps that they do actual singing most of the time and only do the rapping once and a while.

This is another first song by an artist for me, and I was instantly hooked on Plastic Tree. *_* From what I’ve read, this is a cover that Plastic Tree did of a song about becoming an idiot? Best.concept.ever! I happened to see the video first so I got to listen to a fun song and watch the crazy antics of Pura at the same time! ^^ I can’t really do this song justice with any description I try to give, but it’s Plastic Tree, that should already be an obvious sign to download this unless you already have it. :P

XD I believe this was one of the first songs by Miyavi I heard when I was apparently under the impression that ‘Miyavi’ was a band before I looked up any information. I have no clue how that came about, but at least I know better now. Comment: It's Mucc again! From one simple reason: I wanna see that band live!! And I'm so hyper that I have a chance to see them finally!!! X3 Mucc was always a kick-ass band. They became a little softer now, but they are still Mucc. You can still figure out that it's a Mucc song you are listening to. I think I mentioned it before: Love or hate Tatsurous voice and his sometimes odd way to sing. His voice is simply unique and - godamnit - how does he manage it to sing that high?! @@ Ware arubeki basho is one of my ultimative fave songs. You can simply feel the insaneness and the despairing. The bass is pounding into your ears and Tatsurous voice goes from ghostly whispering to shouting at you like he wants to wake up of a nightmare. So the song begins quitely and then suddenly explodes. There's an engery just hitting you! *O* And you don't dare to say that Yukkes bass playing isn't great! :0 Some many facettes are inside this song and Tatsurou surely shows almost all what he can make his voice to do. 2:57 till 3:20min is just chaos = pure love. A song to roll on the floor and bash your head against something! :D

Comment: An other band that is disbanded T__T I never was a huge fan of MASK, but every time I hear my dear friend cry about their disbanding I go emotional too T___T~* Mirai e no Tsubasa was my first song of them and it'sa quite slow song for this VK band taht actually is way harder. As you maybe know MASK had different vocalists. The one was... umm... the guy tha now sings for Ayabie (I forgot his name XD) and the other is Jin. But Jin is more love!! Jin is teh uberlove! X3~ Ah, so much sugar in his voice - makes my teeth hurt XD You can tell "weeent to za fjudsha" sounds just too adorable :3 The song has quite a popish background music and the verses are just too groovy 8D If you haven't heard of MASK yet... download now! Comment: I finally watched out for more Art-School and found some good songs! I just have to say that this band is extremely loveable. I mean... woah! *o* So adorable and so absoltuely awesome music that makes me feel all fluffy inside. The vocalists voice just got me from the first second on. Yes, no voice to get used to this time - just pure love at first sight. Can you feel love through speakers? Art-School surely makes it possible! :D And I stop praising them now and rather talk about the song XD *head desk* Cause I really felt for this band the last weeks it was hard to choose one song. But I convinced myself to pick Pefect Kiss in the end, cause this song is just too groovy and too much happiness. You just can't take this happiness from the heart. Not such hyper-uber-fluffy happiness An Cafe gives XD No, no... it's more such a devious good feeling that sneaks into your body and makes you a brain dead zombie 8D Ohh... the "Kiss me~ kiss me~" that is softly audiable while the refrain... you can't tell that this isn't love?! Comment: If I had to describe this music the first coming into my mind is cross-over. LM.C just rocks your socks! The mix of rap, rock and a bit of pop is just one of the awesomest things I heard the last time! It maybe sounds very strange to ears the first time, cause it's surely something you never heard before. I actually loath hip hop, but the mix just makes an exception. The beat and the guitars just can drive one crazy. If you don't like this song at first: turn it on repeat and listen to it about 5 times, after that you should love it! Not the best LM. C, but quite awesome!

This song is off Modern Garde, the album that contains Haraiso which seems to be a lot of people’s first Merry song to listen to. It’s awesome, but that means most people already have Haraiso, so I thought I’d put up my next favorite song of the album! :D The guitars in the intro are so cool, I am hating how limited my knowledge is of musical terms. DX Getting back on track, Gara’s got one of those voices that someone either hates or loves, it’s so unique, you really should give it a few listens before you decide if you like it or not.

Comment: I love this song, if you’ve never listened to this before, DOWNLOAD THIS NOW! I’m not sure, if I can say it’s my favorite song of Pierrot’s ID Attack album since it’s another one of the albums where all the songs are great. When I was listening through ID Attack, I was in total awe of this song. Not only is this another song with an great intro created by the guitars, you don’t even have to read the translation if you can’t understand Japanese to know that it’s supposed to be a sad song since Kirito’s voice, it’s amazing how much emotion he can sing with. Ah, why did Pierrot have to disband? T.T The song that comes after this one, Hill ~Genkaku no Yuki~ is its sibling song, according to the translators. If someone would like to listen to that one, ask and I’ll put it up next week. :D

Comment: X Japan, my first J-rock band ever! X3 I owe so much thanks to this band for helping me find a whole other world of amazing music, even though I can’t understand the words half the time, so that I wouldn’t have to suffer through the monotony of American bands, although I have to admit that some aren’t so bad, I still prefer J-rock! ^o^/ As much of a strain on my wallet it is. XD; Rusty Nail is definitely my favorite X Japan song, the music is great, especially the guitars with the amazing solo, hide was one of the guitarists after all. ;D Since this is a later X Japan song, it doesn’t have the total frenzy of drums as their older works do since Yoshiki had some health problems because of how he played the drums (and I’m not surprised, I’ve seen videos and lives, that man’s a total spaz on a drumset!). *eye twitches* Although Yoshiki’s currently pissing me off as I’ve read that he’s going to play the drums for the band he’s formed with Gackt, Sugizo, and others and I thought he said that he’d never to play the drums again after hide’s death, but I could be wrong so I’ll just shut up before I start ranting again, I’m sure razori wouldn’t want to read it over again. XD
